Within this period, he built 800km roads; took education from number 26 to number one in 6 years; rebuilt the health sector in anambra ,; Paid off N32bn salaries and pension liabilities he inherited; , did many other good works; Attracted a modern Brewery investment of $120m into anambra, invested $50m in IPPs ,and left behind over N75bn , which included $125m , that Obiano used to build the Anambra international airport..
